I am a Nairobi-based photographer, writer, and communications consultant with over 5 years of experience capturing the spirit of East Africa’s most remarkable destinations and published in Vogue and Suitcase magazines. My work blends artistry and authenticity, telling visual stories that highlight the beauty of landscapes, wildlife, and design across the region.
I have been lucky to have photographed some leading brands, including Manda Bay Lodge, Mukutan Conservancy, El Karama Lodge, Samatian Island, Sirikoi Lodge, Kilima Ndege House, Koros Camp, Kalepo Camp, Heritage Hotels, Kiwayu Island, Kitich Camp, and Ol Jogi Conservancy, among others. Each image I create reflects a deep respect for nature, culture, and place.
I have always been fascinated by words and light. Photography is a lifelong study of light—its movement, tone, and emotion. I always explore how it defines texture, reveals form, and shapes atmosphere. Each frame becomes an exercise in understanding how light interacts with space and subject, guiding not only exposure but also expression. To be a photographer, I believe, is to remain a student of light—always observing, adapting, and learning.
